The Basement Cup 2023 brought together 16 teams from across the UK in a football tournament with New Balance, setting a new standard for football fashion in UK streetwear culture.Featuring a mix of globally recognised brands such as Stussy, Bape, and Trapstar, alongside grassroots brands like Placesplusfaces, peachyden, Alwaysdowhatyoushoulddo, and ClintsINC, the event sparked a unique fusion of football and fashion.In my role as media director, I spearheaded all output, including directing pre-tournament promotional content, strategising our media approach for event coverage, and collaborating with content teams on-site to ensure execution.
